About the Shipping Methods:

We will follow the order’s shipping method to process and shipping each parcel.

But notice,These situations,we may change the Shipping Method under the premise of make sure delivery time.

• If the customer choose Free shipping,we will flexibly adjust our shipping methods based on physical parameters such as the quantity of goods / weight / volume/ size.But we will make sure the delivery time within our promised time.
• If some of the delivery methods are not available due to force majeure.We reserve the right to change the shipping method to ensure the delivery time.
• For custom products, if your estimated time of use is less than our stocking period or shipping time, we will contact you to pay the fast shipping fee to make sure the deilivery time,otherwise we reserve the right to suspend or close your order.
• Any other conditions which we need to change the shipping method, we will contact you as soon as possible, please pay attention to the mail from us.

About the Shipping Time:

The shipping time is start from the product shipped time to the parcel arrive to the local post office time (or Service Central).

Due to our production mode is JUST-IN-TIME,So all the photography product will need 2-3 workdays to prcocess by default, if you need fast production,you may pay an extra fee for this service.

If you need receive the product soon,please choose the fast shipping method such as DHL,UPS,EMS.we will arrange the production soon then send to you.

About the Traiffs:

For the USA/Australia or some high tariff threshold areas,at the major time the tax will not happen.

If your receipt is one of the EU member states, we will control the declared value of the goods, in order to reduce the probability of tariffs.

Note: We will rely on the advantages of the logistics carrier, to provide customers with the most cost-effective delivery experience, not limited to tariff relief (We bear tax), logistics costs and more faster shipping time.
